Tri Sigma Donates $1,000 to AASU's Lane Library

Savannah GA—May 5, 2005—To honor the establishment of its 182nd chapter on the Armstrong Atlantic State University campus, Sigma Sigma Sigma Foundation presented $1000 to the Lane Library.Tri Sigma Executive Council member Linda Manley-Kuiti presented the check to AASU President Thomas Z. Jones and his wife, Joyce Jones (right), an alumna of Tri Sigma Sorority's Alpha Kappa chapter at Fairmont State College in West Virginia. The presentation was made at a dinner held in celebration of the chapter's installation.

Sigma Sigma Sigma Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Tri Sigma national sorority traditionally presents gifts to university libraries where Sigma chapters are located. The foundation is a non-profit educational foundation, which makes grants for scholarships, leadership education and developmental opportunities, and programs that help sick children.
