AASU's Literary Magazine Wins First Place Award

Savannah, GA—January 5, 2005—The American Scholastic Press Association has given a first place award to Armstrong Atlantic State University for the 2004 issue of Calliope, the university's literary magazine. The association judges school yearbooks, magazines, and other literary publications and gives first, second, or third place awards in each classification. This issue of Calliope was edited by Brandi Kincaid. The hundreds of award winners are included in the association's awards booklet, the American Scholastic Journalist.
