AASU to Host Native American Indian Dancers November 19

Savannah, GA—November 14, 2003— Dr. Will Moreau Goins and the Eastern Cherokee, Southern Iroquois, and United Tribes of South Carolina Cultural Arts Ensemble bring a colorful collage of Native American dancers, singers, and performers who use music, poetry, legend, movement, visual imagery and drums to tell an ancient and contemporary story of the American Indian. The ensemble will present "Native Americans – Explaining the Untold Story" at Armstrong Atlantic State University on November 19 as part of Native American History Month. The entertaining and informative event is free and open to the public. It will be held in Jenkins Theatre beginning at noon.
