Top Students Recognized at AASU

(Savannah, GA, May 9, 2007) Armstrong Atlantic State University (AASU) recently held its 2007 Awards Convocation. The annual event recognizes students for academic excellence and service to the university. More than 50 students were recognized with an array of academic and service-related honors.

AASU's most prestigious recognition, the 'Silver A' awards, are presented to seniors prior to graduation in two categories: one for service and one for academic achievement. Students who are recognized in both categories are awarded a 'Gold A.'

Among the highlights at the April awards convocation was a presentation of certificates for students named to Who's Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities. The Joseph A.
