PIKE Fraternity Returns to AASU

Savannah, GA--December 7, 2005--After a 25-year hiatus, the Pi Kappa Alpha (PIKE) fraternity has recolonized its chapter on the campus of Armstrong Atlantic State University. The fraternity has a strong alumni presence at the university, and is excited to connect those alumni with the over 50 men who have joined the fraternity. Together, they hope to gain full chartership in about a year.

PIKE was founded in 1868 at the University of Virginia. The fraternity has 209 chapters and colonies throughout the United States and Canada, with over 200,000 initiated members. PIKE's purpose is to develop men of integrity, intellect, and high moral character, and to create a truly lifelong fraternal experience.
