Main Page Contact Francisco Duque, 912.961.3173 For Immediate Release Fifteen AASU Students Inducted Into Who's Who(Savannah, GA-November 20, 2006) Fifteen Armstrong Atlantic State University students will be inducted in the 2007 edition of "Who's Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges." For more than 60 years, Who's Who Among Students has annually honored outstanding campus leaders for their scholastic and community achievements. The AASU students inducted into the 2007 edition are juniors and seniors who have achieved academic excellence, provided exceptional service to their community, and attained a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. The inductees are: James F. Benton III, Savannah Awraial Binns, Savannah Victoria Braddy, Savannah Hugh Preston Futrell IV, Savannah Tara Lynn Gergacs, Savannah Candice Harrison, Savannah Megan Herbert, Richmond Hill Shawn Allison Latta, Savannah Jessica Martinez, Richmond Hill Rhodesia McMillian, Savannah Madison Jane Mesco, Savannah Calvin Miller, Jr., Hinesville Chizoba Okeke, Savannah Erik Raymond Reid, Savannah Simbi Animashaun, Savannah "Inclusion in "Who's Who Among Students In American Colleges and Universities" is recognized throughout the U.S. as an honor for those selected," said Al Harris, director of student activities. As a lifetime benefit, student members of the Who's Who program have access to scholarship opportunities and a special reference service to enhance their job search. |
