(March 18, 2009) The Armstrong Atlantic State University College of Education will host members of the State Board of Education during a public hearing on Thursday, March 26, at 7 p.m. in University Hall 158, on the AASU campus, 11935 Abercorn Street.
Linda M. Zechmann, 1st Congressional District, and Allen C. Rice, 12th Congressional District, will discuss budgetary and stimulus issues, statewide student achievement data and other topics regarding public education in Georgia.
The public is invited to attend and learn more about public education in Georgia and offer suggestions to improve education and student achievement.
