AASU Celebrates Constitution Day Sept. 17


(Savannah, GA, September 10, 2007) Armstrong Atlantic State University (AASU) will celebrate Constitution Day with its John Kearnes Constitution Day Lecture on September 17. Paul F. Mullen, AASU professor of political science, will present "The Myth of Judicial Constraint," at noon in the Armstrong Center Auditorium, 13040 Abercorn Street.

The presentation is free and open to the public.

The event is named after Dr. John Kearnes, who taught at AASU for 19 years before retiring in 2007.
