AASU Announces Promotion


(Savannah, GA-October 27, 2006) Armstrong Atlantic State University (AASU) Police Officer Dwain Whitehead has been promoted to the rank of lieutenant. Previously ranked as a corporal, he has also received the title of AASU patrol commander.

Whitehead is a resident of Savannah and has been with the AASU University Police Department for two years. He holds a degree in marketing from Savannah State University and is a member of the Air National Guard.
