AASU Hires New Director of Institutional Research

Savannah, GA—September 14, 2004—Dr. Bob Adebayo has joined Armstrong Atlantic State University as the new director of Institutional Research. Prior to joining Armstrong Atlantic, he served as director of Institutional Research at Ohio State University Newark. He also taught undergraduate sociology and criminal justice courses at Ohio State. His published research includes work on graduate follow-up, student learning outcomes, and learning needs of returning adult students.

Adebayo received a Ph. D. in demography from Kansas State University, an M.A. from the State University of West Georgia, and a B.A. in sociology from the University of Lethbridge in Alberta, Canada.
