AASU to Hold President's Symposium on Teaching and Learning
Savannah, GA--University professors will have the opportunity to teach
with classroom doors open during Armstrong Atlantic State University's
Third Annual President's Symposium on Teaching and Learning April 4.
The Savannah community is invited to listen in as professors share their
teaching experiences with one another. The event will be held from noon
to 3:00 P.M. in AASU's University Hall.
"A dozen concurrent sessions will be held on various strategies
for improving teaching and learning," said Dick Nordquist, director
of faculty development and general studies. "Topics will include
multimedia presentations, distance learning, impact of faculty grants,
technology and teaching, and much more."
