AASUS Fraser
to Lecture on the Importance of Qualitative research
Savannah, GA Jacqueline Fraser, assistant professor of health
science at Armstrong Atlantic State University, will lecture on the
importance of qualitative research on January 15. Fraser will discuss
the role qualitative research plays in contributing to the depth of
knowledge across the disciplines. Fraser believes qualitative research
"produces data that are at once rich and multi-layered" and
that it can "provide knowledge and insight unattainable through
conventional qualitative research." The presentation will include
a demonstration of qualitative analysis software.
The lecture will be
held as part of the as part of AASU's Robert Ingram Strozier Faculty
Lecture Series. It will begin at 12:15 P.M. in
room 156 of University Hall. It is free and open to the public.
