AASU to Host Georgia TECH TALK II

Savannah, GA—September 20, 2004— In an effort to connect education leaders with solutions, resources, and partnerships that make a difference in student achievement, Armstrong Atlantic State University (AASU) and the Georgia State Department of Education (GADOE) will host Georgia TECH TALK II on October 4. This interactive program is designed for attendees to share ideas about educational technology in Georgia schools.

Featured speaker Mike Hall, deputy superintendent of the GADOE Office of Information Technology, will present planning for Georgia’s students and technology partners in education, along with additional topics. Other speakers include representatives from Intel Americas Marketing Group and Georgia Public Broadcasting.

Produced by the Center for Digital Education, this program is sponsored by AASU’s College of Education and the Educational Technology Training Center.
