AASU to Offer Teleconference Workshops on Reading Instruction

Savannah, GA–Armstrong Atlantic State University's Department of Special Education and the Student Council for Exceptional Children are sponsoring three teleconference workshops for those interested in strengthening their reading instruction skills.

The following workshops will be offered:

March 7
Reading and the Brain with Dr. Marcia Tate
3:50 to 5:30 P.M.

March 21
Brain Friendly Reading Strategies with Ms. Carolyn Chapman
3:50 to 5:30 P.M.

April 4
Reading Comprehension in Depth with Dr. Marcia Tate
3:50 to 5:30 P.M.

The workshops will be held in AASU's University Hall 156. Registration is limited to the first 125 persons who submit the application form. The fee is $3.00 per workshop. For more information, contact AASU's Department of Special Education at 961.3066.
