AASU to Host Study Abroad Fair
Savannah, GAArmstrong Atlantic State University will host the 13th Annual Study Abroad Fair on Wednesday, October 10 from 11:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. in the Memorial College Center Lobby. Area high school seniors and members of the community are invited to come and learn more about the programs offered through study abroad.
Individuals representing the University of Georgia and Armstrong Atlantic, Georgia Southern, Georgia Tech, Valdosta State, Georgia College, Columbus State, and Augusta State universities will be in attendance at the fair. Financial aid and admissions booths also will be available.
The study abroad program helps students broaden their horizons and gain new perspectives toward other cultures. Last year, about 130,000 students from the United States participated in study abroad programs.
