Liberty Center to Offer Health Professions Information Session June 9

Savannah—GA—May 20, 2005—The Armstrong Atlantic State University (AASU)-Liberty Center will host a public information session on June 9 for all current and future students interested in learning more about programs offered by the College of Health Professions. The session will be held at the AASU-Liberty Center located at 740 East General Stewart Way, Suite 210, in Hinesville. It will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will be free and open to the public.

Representatives from the dental hygiene, health sciences, medical technology, nursing, and respiratory therapy departments will be on hand to present information on their academic programs. Topics to be discussed include admission requirements, financial aid, application process, and grade point average requirements. Other topics include the courses offered at the AASU-Liberty Center, transferring as an LPN and other medical related training, and a session for taking questions from the audience.
