meet Saturday, October 4, for the second annual Trivia Bee, presented
by International Paper. This event will benefit the Newspapers In
Education program of the Savannah Morning News. Action begins at

"Newspapers in Education offers teachers a living textbook,
with activities suited for all grades, and all subjects," according
to Melody Reid, Newspapers In Education Coordinator.
The Trivia Bee was designed to give area businesses and civic organizations
a chance to show off their trivia knowledge while performing a service
to the NIE program by raising money for newspapers to be placed
in classrooms free of charge to the school or teacher. Competition
begins at 11 a.m. and continues for three rounds. A winner will
be declared at approximately 1 p.m. The public is invited to come
and cheer on their favorite team and participate in the action.
